Text: David J. Griffiths: Introduction to Electrodynamics, Prentice Hall 1999
The whole book is pensum with the following exceptions:

Chapter 1:      Vector analysis, assumed to be known,  not examined

Sub Section  4.2.3:  The Field Inside a Dielectric

Sub Section  9.4.3: The Frequency Dependence of Permittivity

Sub Section 10.2.2: Jefimenko's equation

Sub Section 11.2.3: The Physical Basis of the Radiation Reaction

Section 12.1:   Special Theory of Relativity, home-work, assumed to be 
                known, not examined

Section 12.2:   Relativistic Mechanics, briefly lectured, assumed to be 
                known, not examined
Appendices

    Examples and Problems, Small print: assumed known, not examined,
but if Home-quizz is not submitted, one Problem will be given at the 
exam, to be solved there.
    A mid-term Home-quizz problem will be given and the solution if 
submitted, will be marked. This mark will be taken into account
in the final mark. There will be one week given to solve the 
problem, Any help can be used.
    Sections may still be cancelled from the final pensum!
